Participants have two options for travel - you can either book your own hotels or book a travel package through the tour. Below you will find our suggestions for each location.

Nashville is a vibrant location with many places to stay in the city.
Listed here are two hotels that are within 5 miles of the start line. We will provide transportation from these hotels on the morning of stage 01 starting at 5:00 AM.
Hampton Inn Bellevue-Nashville 1-40 West
Home 2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Bellevue
Tupelo CVB will be our Stage 01 host. Participants can expect a 45 minute ride to and from Tupelo. Transportation will be provided by the Tupelo Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tupelo North
Kosciusko will be our Stage 02 host. Hotel options will provide plenty of space to accommodate our tour within a very short distance from the Kosciusko Information Center. Transportation will be made available to all participants.
Americans Best Value Inn Kosciusko
Visit Ridgeland will be our Stage 03 host. The city offers many hotel options all within a few minutes of the finish/start line. Walking distance to Renaissance at Colony Park with many restaurant and shopping options. Transportation options to these hotels will be provided to participants.

Visit Natchez will be our Stage 04 host. The city offers many hotel options for those who choose to stay overnight in this historic city.

Natchez does not have a commercial airport, those of you wishing to fly out of Natchez would need to travel about an hour to either Alexandria or Baton Rouge.

Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (72.6 miles / 116.9 kilometres)
Once registration opens there will be travel options available via the registration platform including a travel pass for non cycling participants wishing to travel with the tour. This option allows you to focus on cycling while we handle all travel. Your key and luggage will be waiting for you at the finish line each day along with travel to and from our tour provided hotels.
The Tour will offer a bus back to Nashville. This bus will leave Natchez at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, November 23 and will be available as an option at race roster registration.

We have partnered with Bike Flights to facilitate shipping of bikes.
We are still working out a few details but the shipping site is available for those of you looking to ship your bike to or from this event.
